Only request services for devices and accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to service. Services must not be used to access stolen devices, bypass another person’s consent, or violate applicable law.

Account security

Provide accurate registration information. Keep your password confidential. Never include your account password in an order’s service details.

Service requests

Confirm the required details before submitting a request. Processing times vary by service and availability. A saved request does not confirm payment or successful fulfillment.

Prices and payments

Catalog prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Payment collection and automated fulfillment are not connected yet. No payment is taken when saving a request.

Digital delivery & refunds

Completed digital services may not be refundable. Incorrect device details or unauthorized use may make a request ineligible. Refer to the refund policy for review conditions.
